Assessment of Processing Quality Traits of Different Potato Genotypes in Konya

This study aimed to determine the potato breeding lines that show superior processing quality traits and can be candidate variety by selection. The was conducted according Randomized Plots Trial Design with four replications in 2019 2020 years. In study, 26 developed Selcuk University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department Field Crops, 4 registered varieties as plant material were used two done harvest fields then genotypes evaluated traits. study; dry matter ratio (%), chips yield French fries chips, color (L*, b*) parameters examined. Dry ratio, yield, values found important statistically terms years, genotypes, year x genotype interactions. Values varied from only averages. According years average, results showed large variations for examined parameters; changed between 16.8-20.9 %, 34.1-51.0 30.7-44.9 19.4-67.1, 8-44 11.4-71.5, 13.5-58.2, respectively.
